Aprilfestival is every year visited by around 100 international industry delegates and 900 national TYA professionals.

The festival offers different delegate packages according to the length of your stay. See more packages in the menu on the left.

A 7-day package includes:

• Free entrance to the festival performances including non-public performances
• Transportation to and from festival performances in the week days with minibus (8 people pr. bus)
• Assistance and information from the international festival office
• Access to the Catch The Wave - IIAN World Congress
• Access to the Festival Café
• International Dinner
• Access to festival party, receptions, and other events
• A bigger chance of accessing sold out performances
• Name tag (please wear at all times)
• Special rates on accomodation on a 'first come first served' basis*

*Please note that accommodation is NOT included in the package.
